    Keep in mind that the body maintains homeostasis which is also called balance. When you decide to push too hard on one thing or treatment without supporting the other components, the body will lose its balance and when it loses it balance, it will cause problems in other systems. Felix describes B6 supplementation that caused problems, pushing on one B vitamin (or minerals or other treatments) will deplete reserves of other necessary factors. I have seen this multiple times. B vitamins in particular are supporters of metabolic pathways, so you can definitely change the course of a pathway. It is always best to use the full spectrum of b vitamins (and other nutrients) to maintain balance. Kudos to Felix for this information!

    Great video - Phase 3 was a problem for me and when I opened it up, things began to work better. Using something to grab the toxins via elimination is important. There are a number of substances such as charcoal, clays, chlorella etc.

    I just had a bunch of blood work done, and my copper levels were thru the roof. I just did a second round to see if the #’s are real, and we going to talk about what’s next. I figured it was age, but I’ve been off the rails w/anxiety. Can’t concentrate, and physically shaking. If it’s real, I’m switching to bottled water, and tossing my Brita.

    Supplementing Magnesium gave me heart palpitations. Tried increasing Sodium and supplementing Calcium. Only thing that helped was supplementing Potassium Chloride, 500mg (elemental) several times a day. Increasing Potassium intake through food did not help.

    Isn't Magnesium acivated by B1? If there is B1 deficiency then Magnesium won't be bioavailable. Taking just Magnesium will deplete B1 more

    Can someone explain please. I once tested 27 ng/ml. The Dr prescribed me a 100 000 IU dose every month for 6 month. I did not take it because I though it was too much. Was it ok or risky?

    In that case we can assume any imbalance between those four would create some change in the muscles’ working order. Sometimes magnesium supplement gives me a little palp. too. With this guy, I think it was calcium being disturbed…I hope there is another way beside K2 to get the calcium gently displaced. I also theorize that the D should be strictly dosed at a right RD ..no excess and then, consequently, a lower or 0 K2 RD. I started to believe Vit D will have to have a cut off level ( maybe FDA is right on the 600.. or even less) so to relegate K2 to food source - only vit. status. The D- calcium situation looks like a silent long term problem. Why create a problem and then try to solve it with some K2, which might create new problems like for this young man? Conclusion: inordinate doses of D might be risky in the long run. D sufficiency is like a medication to treat your deficiency ..just get it and let the body takes care of itself; you don’t want to overdo medication, right? Plus I don’t believe oncle Sun is there to give you D toxicity or hypercalcemia.

    Bulk Supplements has several forms of Mg. There should be a universal recipe for which types are most bioavailable to stack that is cheap. I like buying all my supplements in bulk and making a "Soylent" food powder and downing them all at once, like a horse, because I don't care to think about it that much and just want to get on with my day.

    I aim for a high nutrition diet. Getting 400mgs of Mg daily from food is hard, unless I add about 4 teaspoons of cocoa to a drink. I can't have more than 4 teaspoons because then there's too much fibre in my diet. I'm pretty sure 99% or more are deficient in Magnesium. I know from monitoring my micronutrients for the past 18 months how hard it is to maintain 400mg per day. I get all my nutrients from food, precisely because I want them balanced. IIRC increased magnesium requires increased manganese. BTW my sister suffered from CFS. After about 15 years of it she ended up taking her life. I wish everyone with ill health would track their nutrients and see where they are deficient.

      You might have better serum level if you spread the magnesium out 100 mg. throughout the day. I use magnesium powder At night.. If you take a b vitamin you could take some magnesium with it

    What forms of magnesium do you recommend? I use magnesium chloride with water as "magnesium oil" but too much chloride it can be acidic a lot for the body. I used magnesium glycinate as well, but I feel weird taking it. It feels like it dehydrates me for some reason. Maybe it lowers sodium too much?

      The best one I personally tried is sucrosomial magnesium by nootropicsdepot. It’s magnesium oxide (which is typically very low bioavailability) but incapsulated in something that make it very bioavailable. Can tell a difference when I take it. Which wasn’t the case with other popular forms I tried.

      Usually Mg is available in Citrate, Glycinate, Taurate & Threonate forms for oral consumption. I have been taking first two for years. Citrate is 90% bioavailable, inexpensive but large doses cause loose motions. Glycinate is harmless, has more Mg (22%) so lower dose can suffice. Threonate is patented version hence costly. I have not used Taurate & Threonate versions but I take Taurine & Threonine separately ( not as Mg salts)

    I used 2mg of copper gluconate for 2 weeks and then 1mg of copper gluconate for 2 weeks, symptoms of MCAS/Histamine Intolerance and peripheral neuropathy decreased significantly, blood pressure normalized and serum copper returned to normal levels, but ceruloplasmin remained low. I stopped using it because I started to experience many side effects such as a metallic taste in my mouth, eyes, throat and dry skin, irritability, anxiety and insomnia, changes in estradiol and a little acne. I believe that my body would tolerate copper better if my ceruloplasmin levels were good, but I don't know how to improve it.

    Great video, Ive been reading a lot of carnivores having low testosterone levels and they have put it down to excess iron? Some are giving blood every few months to reduce iron levels with success of testosterone increasing . Any thoughts on this? I have been keto/carnivore for around a year now and have noticed low testosterone so was thinking of doing the same or should I get my iron levels checked first??
